Since early 2006, the Denver Coach Federation has provided career coaching, four times a year, at Career Expo job fairs, run by jobing.com. As for job seekers, they arrive at the coaching area a little scared, nervous, frustrated,

momentum, and plan immediate action steps. 

As for coaches, the expression, "givers gain", comes to mind.  The coaches who volunteer
