Bill Grout is a life coach, executive coach
and director of corporate workshops and coaching for the Fearless
Living Institute in Boulder, Colorado. He coaches both private and
corporate clients and is a facilitator of Fearless Living's Fearless
Foundation Weekend (FFW) and Fearless Conversations Workshop (FCW). In
addition, he is an executive coach with the Boulder-based Burger
Concinnity Group. His corporate clients have included Microsoft,
Experian, Gambro BCT, Leonard Rice Engineers, Active Interest Media,
and the City of Lakewood. Before joining Fearless Living, he had a
25-year career in publishing with companies like Ziff-Davis, Times
Mirror, CBS Publishing and Time Warner. He was editor-in-chief of
SKIING Magazine and editor-in-chief of Mountain Sports Press, a book
publishing unit of Time Warner. To his coaching practice he brings
over two decades of experience in corporate management, years of
personal- and professional-development training, and a commitment to a

Flood, MSW, Ph.D., is a Professional and Executive Life Coach certified
by Coach Training Alliance. Her Ph.D. is in Psychology with an emphasis
on Systems Theory and Communication. She is a member of the
International Coach Federation; the Denver Coach Federation. Her
master's degree is in Social Work with an emphasis on Administration
and Clinical Social Work. She presently manages half the United States
for an International Foundation that focuses on education and
philanthropic work. Dr. Flood also facilitates group processes and
conducts trainings to assist people in coaching and faciliating others. Dr.
Flood's coaching approach focuses on supporting managers and executives

Katie Smith is an Executive Search Consultant and Coach. For the past 15 years, she has done strategic consulting on both sides of the fence: with business leaders to build their executive teams, and with professionals in transition seeking Director-to-C-level roles with privately-held companies. Her “matches” focus on 3 key areas: culture, energy level and skill. Katie’s hands-on approach is direct, open and thought-provoking; she builds relationships built on accountability and trust. Her goal with her coaching clients is to encourage her clients to play their bigger games, do what they love, and create happy lives. A member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach University, additionally, Katie has been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years.
